Do you move furniture?

No problem, we’ll move and replace any basic furniture like couches, chairs, tables, etc for free with your cleaning. Just point out any pieces you need us to move.

For a typical 3 bedroom home, it takes approximately 2-3 hours from start to finish. We work quickly but thoroughly to get your carpets cleaned in a timely manner.

When is the best time to clean carpets?

It’s ideal to get your carpets professionally cleaned every 12-18 months. Seasonally, it’s best to clean them in spring and fall when there’s less foot traffic.

Will my carpets be wet after cleaning?

There may be some dampness left after we finish cleaning, but your carpets will dry within 4-6 hours. We use powerful truck-mounted systems that remove the majority of moisture so drying time is minimal.

Do you offer carpet stain removal?

Do I need to do anything to my carpets before cleaning?

Just give your carpets a thorough vacuuming beforehand. Other than that, you can leave the rest to us! No need to move any furniture either.

How soon can I walk on my carpets after cleaning?

It’s best to allow your carpets to fully dry for 6 hours before walking on them. This prevents tracking in dirt or distorting the carpet fibers before they set.

Will cleaning shrink my carpets?

Don’t worry, our process will not cause your carpets to shrink or change size in any way. Proper cleaning only removes dirt – it won’t affect the carpets’ materials.

How soon can I walk on the carpets after steam cleaning?

We recommend allowing 6-8 hours for complete drying before walking on your freshly cleaned carpets. This prevents tracking in dirt while the carpets finish drying.

Do you move all furniture or just some pieces?

We’ll move any basic furniture like couches, chairs, tables, beds, etc at no extra cost. Just point out any pieces you need us to move aside.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Just give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule and we won’t charge any cancellation fees.

Can you clean my area rugs too?

Absolutely! We provide full service cleaning for all types of rugs – just let us know you have area rugs needing cleaning when you book.

What training do your carpet cleaners have?

All our carpet cleaners are fully trained and certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification).

Do you require a deposit?

Nope, we don’t require any deposit to book your carpet cleaning appointment with us. Just pay the full amount after the work is complete.

Can you clean vomit or feces stains from carpets?

Yes we can. We have specialized treatments and disinfectants to sanitize and fully remove biohazard stains and odors, including vomit and feces.

How do I know if I hired a good carpet cleaner?

Do you move breakable items like lamps or vases?

For liability reasons, we don’t move easily breakable items like lamps, vases, or artwork. Just point those fragile items out and we’ll clean around them.

What do you do if you can’t remove a stain?

If for any reason we can’t fully remove a tough stain, we’ll let you know upfront and won’t charge for attempting to clean that spot.

Can you clean my carpets after a flood or water damage?

Yes, we’re trained in water damage restoration and drying. We can safely clean and sanitize your carpets after flooding or water accidents.

Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?

For best results, we recommend giving your carpets a thorough vacuuming right before we arrive. This allows us to focus just on deep cleaning.

What’s your latest appointment time?

Being family owned, we understand peoples’ busy schedules. We offer appointments as late as 8PM Monday to Saturday. Just let us know your preferred time.

Can you clean carpets the same day I call?

In most cases yes! Give us a call and if we have availability, we can dispatch a cleaner to you right away for same-day service.

Do you move plants or large furniture pieces?

We don’t move large furniture like pianos, aquariums, exercise equipment, etc. Just point out any big items you need moved and we’d be happy to discuss options.

Do I have to be present during service?

Nope, you can go about your day while we clean. We don’t require anyone to be home for us to provide service.

What happens if you break something while cleaning?

In the unlikely event any damage occurs, we take full responsibility. Our insurance covers repairs or replacements up to $2 million.
